Here’s the review you’ve been waiting for on the new Anime Studio 8 character wizard. The character wizard has some limitations, and in my opinion, Smith Micro has missed the mark in a couple of areas, but overall I really like it.
Anyone who’s needed dozens of cartoon characters for a background in a scene knows how tedious and time consuming it can be to get them made. I believe that the wizard can not only create those background cartoon characters, but if done right it can make your main characters, too. The only problem is, you won’t be able to use them as is. You’re definitely going to need to replace the hands that come with the character. Of course, the new patch layers make adding your own hand packs very easy. If you don’t know how to do this, I’ll try to post a tutorial on this ASAP.
